IT operations, made coherent

One private operational suite for the IT tools you already use.

Your IT team should not have to run critical operations through a maze of vendor dashboards, scripts, scheduled tasks, spreadsheets, email threads, and institutional memory. KronForge connects your existing systems into purpose-built workspaces for infrastructure, identity, service operations, security, assets, vendors, knowledge, and reporting.

Built for lean internal IT teams supporting growing organizations.

Built around your environment - not a replacement for it.
Active Directory · Endpoint management · Monitoring · Virtualization · Microsoft 365 · Ticketing · Documentation · Your existing IT stack
The problem

You have the tools. What is missing is the operating layer between them.

Systems of record are doing their job.

Your systems each do important work: directory services own identity, endpoint tools deploy patches, monitoring platforms collect signals, virtualization platforms manage infrastructure, and ticketing systems record requests.

What they do not provide together is your operating model: the schedules, ownership, decisions, approvals, exceptions, documentation, evidence, and follow-through that turn those tools into a dependable IT operation.

The real work is often scattered.

That work is often spread across scripts, scheduled tasks, spreadsheets, email chains, and the people who have been there longest.

KronForge brings that work into a coherent system without asking you to replace the technology that already does its core job well.

The suite at a glance

Start where the pressure is. Expand when it makes sense.

Every KronForge environment has a shared foundation for identity, permissions, integrations, documentation, approvals, notifications, audit history, and reporting. Clients then adopt the workspaces that matter most to their environment.

Governed process

Repeatable work should run on clear rules - not AI guesswork.

KronForge uses deterministic, versioned processes for recurring operational work: schedules, rules, approvals, API actions, retries, exception paths, and evidence capture.

The KronForge Brain assists with knowledge retrieval, analysis, documentation, proposals, and approved change preparation. AI helps the team move faster. It does not silently replace authorization, testing, approvals, or accountability.

Private by design

Your environment is yours.

Each client receives an isolated private deployment hosted and maintained by KronForge on Vultr. Client data, configuration, credentials, integrations, logs, backups, and operational access are segregated from other client environments.

FAQ

Common questions from lean internal IT teams.

Is KronForge a replacement for our IT tools?
No. KronForge is designed to work around the systems you already rely on. Those systems continue to own their core data and execution; KronForge coordinates the operational process, documentation, exceptions, approvals, and evidence around them.
Do we have to adopt every workspace?
No. Each client starts with the workspace or process that creates the greatest immediate value. The suite can expand over time because each workspace uses the same private deployment, Portal, Connector Hub, Wiki and Brain, audit trail, and reporting foundation.
Is this a generic workflow automation platform?
No. KronForge does not ask your team to build and maintain a large library of technical canvas workflows. It delivers purpose-built operational screens while maintaining versioned process definitions and execution evidence behind the scenes.
What does the KronForge Brain do?
The Brain helps retrieve and summarize approved knowledge, identify gaps, prepare documentation updates, analyze context, and propose improvements. It works within defined permissions and approval rules; it is not an unchecked autonomous administrator.
Can KronForge make changes to our environment?
KronForge can support approved, bounded actions through authorized integrations. Privileged, destructive, security-sensitive, or production-impacting actions require the appropriate human approval and leave an audit trail.
